Troubleshooting
1. The machine has no response after being powered on.
Check the socket, switch, power socket on the machine body, etc., to ensure that they are properly
connected and powered on normally.
2. The engraving is unclear.
Check if there is any dust on the laser emitter. Refer to the laser maintenance methods in the
engraving machine manual for instructions.
Verify if the laser focal distance is correct. Adjust the focal distance slightly higher or lower, with a
recommended interval of 3mm (equivalent to the thickness of a focusing plate) each time until the
proper height is achieved.
3. The machine shakes while working.
Check if the bolts and nuts of the four brackets are tightened. If not, manually tighten them to
secure the machine in place.
4. The printed direction is inverted.
(1) Check the placement direction of the roller and ensure that both the roller motor and the
engraving machine motor are on the left side (facing the control box).
(2) Check if the data cable is connected properly, ensuring that the terminal direction is correct.
(3) If there are no issues with the above steps, interchange the motor data cable and the blue and
green wires of the motor terminal.
