The chart below indicates the issues that can be observed during the use of the product. If the
problem observed does not appear in the table below, stop using the product and call immediately
your distributor in order to know the procedure to follow.

Causes
Lubricating oil against corrosion,
no leakage of hydraulic oil.
Oil leakage after tipping over.
Added too much oil.
Not enough oil in the oil tank.
Often occurs in very cold ambient
temperatures..
Pressure in compressed air
system too high.

Solution
Can continue to be used.
Do not tilt the jack.
Suck out excess oil.
Can continue to be used.
Add required amount of hydraulic oil.
Replace the internal oil with a lower
viscosity hydraulic oil.
Reduce pressure to working pressure
see chapter "Technical data".
