Recommendations
• Do not clean with abrasive products or objects nor with aggressive or ammoniac chemical
compositions. A damp cloth with water and soap is enough.
• Avoid all types of operations using sharp or metallic objects to prevent any scratches.
• The hydromassage jets are equipped with an integrated water softener system, and do not
need any specific maintenance.
PROBLEMS RESOLUTION GUIDE
The column has no pressure
• Check if the hose connecting to the plumbing system is not twisted or folded (Fig.7).
• Check if the heater or boiler pressure is not inferior or superior to the recommended.
• Check if the tap water pressure is not inferior or superior to the recommended.
• Make sure the pipes' cleaning has been made before the connection and assembly of the
column.
• Check if the filters and the backstop valves of the column hydraulic set are not obstructed.

The column leaks water by the hydraulic set (temperature regulator and flow
regulator)
• Check if the water pressure is not superior to the recommended.
The column leaks water by a hydro component
• Check the proper tightness of the element.
- Flexible to the side water taking
- Flexible to the auxiliary hand shower
- Joint tubes of the central hydraulic system.
