7 - Warranty Certificate
PROQUALIT TELECOM LTDA., assures to the original purchaser/user of the equipment of the brand
"PROELETRONIC", a warranty against manufacturer's defects or components for the period of 6 (six)
months from the date of purchase of the product. It will be ensured the right of return if the defect is not
remedied within a period of less than 30 (thirty) days, provided that such failures have occurred under
normal conditions of use, respecting the Law 8078/90 and the below described:
Proof of date of purchase should be made through the issuance of the invoice to the consumer/ customer.
Either the execution of the services or the replacement of defective parts under this warranty must be
performed only by "PROQUALIT" or by the duly authorized Technical Services.
All the transport costs necessary for consignment of the "PROELETRONIC" equipment to "PROQUALIT"
or to an authorized service point as well as the costs related to the return of the equipment to the
owners/customer, will be deemed to be by account and risk of the same (art. 50, § 1 of the Consumer
Protection Code).
According to the Art. 12, par. 3, Art. 20, par. 1, Art. 48 and of the referred law, the "PROELETRONIC"'
equipment warranty shall cease under the following conditions:
1-Lapse of time of this warranty;
2- Misuse, mishandling or improper installation of equipment such as voltage above the one specified,
humidity or infiltration of water, other liquids etc;
3- Technical conclusion stating that the equipment has been tampered with or repaired by persons not
authorized by "PROQUALIT";
4- Damages caused by natural agents, such as floods, earthquakes, lightning and any other natural
disasters.
