Coffee Cream
Waffle
Ingredients:
•
1/2 cup of butter
•
3 oz of unsweetened chocolate
•
2 eggs
•
1 cup of sugar
•
1 tsp of vanilla extract
•
2/3 of all purpose flour
Steps:
•
In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate together.
•
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
•
Add in the chocolate.
•
Mix in flour and baking soda.
•
Follow the steps for baking waffles .
•
Combine cream and coffee in small bowl.
•
In a separate bowl, mix cream, butter, and powdered sugar.
•
Spread over waffles and enjoy!
