Setting the end points (end positions) with the
Programming button on the motor head
1. Connect the motor to a suitable switch or to a
suitable control device
(roller shutter timer, external radio receiver,
etc.) (see page 72 - Electrical connection).
2. Move the roller shutter shaft (without curtain)
to a position that allows you to fix the steel
band hangers in the suspension openings of
the shaft.
To do this, press the AB button on your switch
or control unit and observe the rotation of the
shaft.
As soon as the shaft has reached the necessary
position for hanging the steel band hangers,
stop the motor by pressing the corresponding
key on the control unit or switch.
3. Hang the hanging on the shaft with the steel
band hangers.
4. Move the roller shutter a little (approx. 50 cm)
in the AUF direction.
5. Press the AB button on your switch (control
unit).
6. As soon as the roller shutter moves in the AB
direction, press the programming button on the
motor head and release it again.
The drive stops at this point.
7. Press the programming button on the motor
head again until the desired end point (roller
shutter completely closed) is reached (AB button
on the switch is still pressed/switched on). The
drive runs as long as you keep the programming
button on the motor head pressed.
You can move the roller shutter "step by step" by
pressing it several times.
8. Once the desired end position is reached, press
the AUF button on your switch (control unit).
9. The roller shutter opens. Before reaching the
upper end point (approx. 50 cm in front of the
roller shutter box), press and release the pro-
gramming button on the motor head.
The drive stops at this point.
