MASSAGE HEADS
• Spherical Head: suitable for Relaxing Large Muscle Groups, including your arms, waist, back,
buttocks, and thighs�
• Flat Head: suitable for Relaxation and Shaping of Various Muscle Groups and especially the
abdominal belt, the pectoral muscles of the chest or even the biceps and triceps femoris
in the leg�
• Cone Head: suitable for deep tissue impact recovery sessions� Ideal for targeting trigger
points and small specific areas: such as the soles of the feet, palms, Achilles heel and
rhomboid muscles in the back�
• U-Shaped Head: suitable for trapezius muscles, areas around the achilles tendon muscle,
ankle muscle and calf muscles�
• Heating Massage Head: for muscles that contract and helps to speed up recovery after
physical exertion and relaxes the muscles more quickly�
CONNECTING THE ATTACHMENT
Place the massage head you want on the end of the gun and snap it on� Then turn on the gun to start
the massage�
If you wish to use the heated tip:
• Charge the Heating Massage Head beforehand by connecting its included USB-C cable to an electrical
outlet� A red light will flash to indicate the tip is charging� When the tip's battery is charged, the red light
will appear continuously�

• Turn on the Heating Massage Head using the on/off button on the back of the head�
• Once the Heating Massage Head is turned on, press the on/off button once to access the first
temperature level, 45 degrees� Press the on/off button a second time to access the second
temperature level i�e� 55 degrees�
• After selecting the temperature, attach the Heating Massage Head to the end of the massage gun and
turn on the massage gun with a long press of the on/off button on the gun�
• Turn off the heating tip using the on/off button on the back of the tip before removing it from the
massage gun� If you do not turn off the heating tip, it will discharge its battery: it will not turn off
automatically�
To change the Massage Head, turn off the gun by holding down the on/off button: you can remove the
used head and insert the new one�
