11. AFTER SALES TECHNICAL SERVICE (SAT) AND GUARANTEE:
INOXPAN S.L., thank you for choosing our brand and for trusting a Pando product, standard of
Quality, Design & Innovation, a brand honoring his origins and commitments.
TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY:
This product comes with a warranty of 3 year as from the date of purchase covering all
product defect affecting its performance. To validate the same is mandatory to apply the
purchasing invoice or buying ticket before the official Customer Service engineer.
During the above mentioned period, the Company pledge to repair or replace at no cost any
defective part whose cause is due to vice or manufacturing product flaw to make it work fine again,
as well as the necessary labour cost and expenses involved in said repairing or replacement.
PANDO WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS:
The guarantee will not cover expenses of materials, labour and transport of the technical service
in the following cases:
Breakdown or damage caused by transport or intervention of non-authorised personnel.

Dents and scratches of the product, or any other damage caused by negligence, accident,

misuse, incorrect installation/ maintenance or use for purposed different from those described in
this instruction manual.
Damage caused by connecting the product to an incorrect mains power supply.

Inadequate installation or modifications carried out during the installation process.

Damage caused by unauthorised repairs.

Modifications of the product without the manufacturer's express permission.

Trim and wear components, such as plastic areas, removable shelves, lights (LED), glass,

filters.
Installation or operation, cleaning or maintenance check-ups.

Rust or stains on the casing produced by the improper application of products or exposure to
-
corrosive elements such as inadequate cleaning products not recommended by the
manufacturer, and exposure to marine elements.
Breakdowns and damage caused by variations in the mains supply or natural disasters such as
-
storms, lightning, floods, etc.
If the appliance has been used for NON-DOMESTIC use.

Any damage suffered by the wines or any other product due to possible defects of the unit.

Malfunction of the wine cabinet due to non-compliance with regulations, ventilation and the
-
recommendations of the User's Manual and installation instructions.
INOXPAN, S.L., will not be held liable for any direct or indirect harm to people or damage
caused by breakdowns or defects in the appliance due to incorrect handling of the unit.
