Warning: do not touch the bowl during and for about 30 minutes after use, as it gets very hot.
Hold the bowl by the handle only.
COOKING INSTRUCTION
1. Insert the power plug into a grounded wall outlet.
2. Put the ingredients in the bowl.
3. Insert the bowl correctly in its compartment. Choose the desired function from the menu and press the START / PAUSE
button
to start cooking.
4. Display:
the display will show the temperature and time. The temperature is the set temperature and the time is the remaining
-
working time.
The indication of the selected function will flash.
-
5. Some ingredients need to be stirred halfway through the cooking time (see "Settings" paragraph). To shake the ingredients,
take the bowl out using the handle and shake it. Then reinsert it into its compartment.
Warning: do not press the basket release button during the shaking action.
6. When you hear the timer bell, the set time has expired. Remove the bowl from the appliance and place it on a heat resistant
surface.
Check if the foods are ready.
If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply put the bowl back into the appliance and cook for a further minutes.
Do not turn the bowl upside down, as the excess oil that has collected at the bottom leaks out and drips onto the
ingredients.
After hot air frying, the bowl and ingredients are hot. Depending on the type of ingredient, steam may escape from the
bowl.
7. Empty the basket onto a plate.
Tip: To remove large or fragile ingredients, use a pair of tongs to lift them from the bowl.
At the end of a cooking, the air fryer is immediately in a position to resume a new cooking.
N.B .: After 60 minutes of use, allow the appliance to cool for 30 minutes before proceeding with other coking.
Note: When using the deep fryer for the first time, it is possible that a slight smoke or odor may be emitted. This is normal and
will subside in no time. Make sure there is sufficient ventilation around the fryer.
SETTINGS
As an alternative to the pre-set menus, you can use this air fryer to prepare other foods by setting the time and temperature.
The following "COOKING TIPS" table will help you select the basic settings for the ingredients you want to prepare.
Note: these settings are indicative only, as ingredients differ in origin, size, shape and brand and it is not possible to guarantee
the best setting for everyone.
Since the technology used by the appliance instantly heats the air inside, opening the bowl briefly during cooking has little
impact on the final result.
Tips:
Small ingredients usually require slightly less preparation and cooking time than large ones.
-
Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimizes the final result and can help prevent uneven
-
cooking.
It is possible to moisten fresh potatoes with a drizzle of oil for a more crunchy result (add at most ½ tablespoon of oil.
-
Higher quantities can compromise the integrity of the device). Cook the ingredients within a few minutes.
-
Do not cook extremely fatty ingredients.
Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
