Use frying oils. Frying oils are heat-resistant. Other oils/
fats start smoking at low temperatures. There is the risk
of spontaneous ignition.

Only use oil of one kind in one frying process. Mixtures of
different oils/ fats can foam. In this case, oil may overflow
uncontrollably.

If the appliance should catch fire, do not try to extinguish
the flames with water in any case. Close the appliance
lid. Extinguish the flames with a moist towel.

Only operate the appliance on a level and heat-resistant
work surface.

Do not move the appliance when it is in operation.
