• Risk of burning! Do not fill past the MAX mark! Hot oil
may splatter out and cause injuries!

• Use frying oils. Frying oils are heat-resistant. Other oils/
fats start smoking at low temperatures. There is the risk
of spontaneous ignition.
• Only use oil of one kind in one frying process. Mixtures of
different oils/ fats can foam. In this case, oil may overflow
uncontrollably.
• If the appliance should catch fire, do not try to extinguish
the flames with water in any case. Close the appliance
lid. Extinguish the flames with a moist towel.
• Only operate the appliance on a level and heat-resistant
work surface.
• Do not move the appliance when it is in operation.
• Only grab the appliance by the intended handles.
