I understand that the Yepp child bicycle seat should only be
used on a bicycle that is in good working order, of a type of suitable for
carrying the additional load, and of a proper size and adjustment for the
rider. I agree that I will check the owner's manual that accompanied the
bicycle or contact the bicycle manufacturer or distributor to obtain this
information. Bicycles with a carbon frame are most likely not suited for
the Yepp child bicycle seats.

I understand that cycling with a child seat will lessen the
stability and alter the way the bicycle handles, particularly regarding
steering and braking or how the rider mounts or dismounts the bicycle.
I agree I will take a test ride without a child in the child seat (and put
some weight in the seat to simulate the child's weight) to ensure that
everything is installed properly and that the seat does not hinder my
ability to operate the bicycle safely.
