Assembly instructions for the Yepp Junior Easyfit USA
The Yepp Junior Easyfit USA is sold exclusively as a complete
package.
This package consists of:
• Y epp 35 kg / 77 lbs EF carrier
• Y epp bicycle fender
• Y epp footrests
• Y epp Junior
The Yepp Junior Easyfit may only be used in combination with the Yepp
35 kg / 77 lbs EF carrier and is suitable for carrying children who weigh
up to a maximum weight of 35 kg / 77 lbs (about 9 years old).
• I f you have any doubts regarding the assembly of this seat on your
bicycle, or if you have any doubts if your bicycle is well suited for the
use of the Yepp Junior we strongly recommend you obtain further
information from your bicycle dealer.
INSTALLATION
Installing the Yepp bicycle fender
• P osition the fender on the inside of the carrier as in illustrations 1+3
and affix firmly with the tie-wraps supplied. Cut off any loose ends.
Installing the Yepp footrests
• I nstall the footrests as in illustration 1 on the left and right of the
carrier and tighten the bolts firmly using a force of 4Nm.

• T he Yepp 35 kg/77 lbs EF carrier can be installed on the seat stay bar,
using the M6 bolts provided and can be affixed to the seat stay in
2 ways, depending on your bicycle.

• S elect the right connection pieces to position the carrier horizontally.
Consult your dealer about the correct way to install it. Tighten all the
bolts using a force of 4Nm and check regularly.
Installing the Yepp Junior Easyfit on the Yepp 35 kg/77 lbs carrier
• P ress and hold the red sliding button (see illustration 6) while at the
same time turning the grey knob counterclockwise with the slide fully
pushed in. Then position the Yepp Junior on the carrier and putthe
front hook under the front crosspiece of the Easyfit. Place the Yepp
Junior in a horizontal position and turn the round grey knob clockwise
until you feel resistance. The knob has an internal lock to prevent the
Yepp Junior from coming loose by itself (illustrations 4+5).
• A LWAYS fasten the safety strap around the bicycle frame and close
the buckle (illustration 7).
• A LWAYS and regularly make sure the seat is properly secured and
that there is no backlash by lifting it.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH
