Hints
The thermometer can be attached to a metal surface with the
magnet. The surface must not be or become hot.
Cleaning
· Wipe the housing and the cable with a slightly damp cloth
only.
· Clean the sensor thoroughly with warm water and a mild
detergent after each use and then dry it off completely. Put
the protective cap back on.
· Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids and
do not clean it in the dishwasher.
· Do not use any sharp or pointed objects, gasoline, solvent,
scrubbing brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning.

Removal / Recycling
According to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Act this product may not be disposed of in the normal
household waste at the end of its life. Therefore, give
it to a municipal collection point (e.g. recycling centre) for the
recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. About disposal
options, contact your municipal or city council.
To save the environment, do not throw used batteries into
household waste, but hand them in at the appropriate disposal
depots or collection centres.
