6. Then turn the steam control knob slowly in anti-clockwise for stopping steam Press the
steam button again for stop heating.
Note: Do not steam more than 60 seconds.
Clean steam frothing nozzle with wet sponge immediately after steam stops generating,
but care not to be hurt1 For clean the inner of frothing nozzle, turn the steam control knob
on and press lhe 1/2coffee button, then hot
water will flow out and wash the frothing nozzle
7. Pour the frothed milk into the espresso prepared. Now the cappuccino is ready.
Note: If you want to make coffee after /rolhing milk, please cool down the boiler first.

stopping water flowing out.

Tips for making Espresso
•For best results, use fresh-groun d, dar k, espresso roast coffee.
•If espresso pre-ground coffee is used, store the unused portion in an airtight container
and keep in a cool, dar1< area for up to one week
•The glind of the coffee will affect lhe lasts of the coffee and how the appliance works. If lhe
glind is too coarse, waler will flow too fast through the coffee and result in a weaker flavor.
If the grind is too fine, the flavor may be too strong or bitter, and the grounds may clog the
filter.
•For hotter espresso, preheat the filter holder, the ground espresso filter, and lhe pod filler
by first brewing water into the cups for a few seconds and then emptying the brewed
water
• CAUTION Bum Hazard. The metal parts of the filter holder may be hot
•Espresso beans may be ground in a coffee grinder. For best results, use a coffee grinder
on the fine setting. If grinding espresso in a store or using a burr mill, then use a setting
that is one to two notches coarser than the espresso setting.
•Grind your espresso so that it looks gritty, like salt or sand. It is too fine if it looks like
powder and feels like flour II the
coffeel is groun d too fine, then the water will not flow through the coffee.
•Always use cold water to ma ke coffee. Warm water or other liquids could cause damage
to the appliance
•Filtered water will make the best-tasting coffee.
Clean and maintenance
1. Cut off power source and let the coffee maker cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Clean housing of coffee maker with moisture-proof sponge often and clean water tank,
drip tra y and removable shelf regularly then dry them.
Note: Do not clean with alcohol or solvent cleanse r. Neve r im merse the housin g in water
for cleaning
