REPLACING THE CARBON BRUSHES
• Remove and check the carbon brushes regularly.
• Replace them when they have worn down to the limit mark.
• Keep the carbon brushes clean and free to slip in the holders.
• If the carbon brushes need to be replaced, have this done by a qualifi ed repair person
(always replace the two brushes at the same ti me)

• Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and secure positi on, in a cool and dry
place, avoid too high and too low temperatures.
• Protect it from direct sunlight exposure. Keep it in the dark, if possible.
• Do not keep it in plasti c bags to avoid humidity build-up.

This product is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
two years from the date of purchase. Under this guarantee the manufacturer undertakes
to repair or replace any parts to be defecti ve, providing the product is returned to one of
our authorised service centres. This guarantee is only valid if the appliance has been used
in accordance with the instructi ons, and provided that it has not been modifi ed, repaired
or interfered with by any unauthorised person, or damaged through misuse. This guar-
antee naturally does not cover wear and tear, nor breakables such as glass and ceramic
items, bulbs, etc. If the product does not work and it is the reason for returning it and it is
within the guarantee period, please also show the guarantee card and proof of purchase.
