Charging the batteries
Attention!
Do you want to charge Swinxs's batteries? Ask your parents/
guardians if they can help you.
Fully charged batteries will provide you with approximately 2 hours
of uninterrupted playing with Swinxs, after which you will need to
charge the batteries again. Fully charging the batteries will take a
minimum of 12 hours.
Note:
You can play with Swinxs while the batteries are charging but watch
out for the cables while you are playing.
1. Connect the largest plug on the USB cable to the socket on
Swinxs which is located on the side of Swinxs under the rubber
flap.
2. Connect the flat plug on the USB cable to the charging plug.
3. Connect the charging plug to the power socket. The green light
on the charging plug will light up to indicate that the charger is
in use.
4. After approximately 12 hours the batteries will be charged.
Remove the charging plug from the power socket and remove the
USB cable.
Swinxs is now ready for use!
Switching Swinxs on and off
1. Switch Swinxs on by holding down the white button for a short
time. The light on the top of Swinxs will light up.
2. Hold down the white button for two seconds to switch Swinxs off.

Increasing and decreasing
the volume
When Swinxs is switched on you can use the white button to increase
or decrease the volume.
Choosing a language
If you are using Swinxs for the first time you will have to select your
preferred language. Follow the instructions provided by Swinxs.
Note:
If you have selected a language and would like to choose another:
1. Press the white button to switch on Swinxs.
2. While it is starting up, keep the red button pressed down. You will
then be given a choice of languages.
3. Follow the instructions provided by Swinxs.
The language can be changed via the Swinxs homepage. For this, read
the instructions 'Connecting Swinxs to a computer'.
Playing a game
If Swinxs is switched on, it will want to play a game. You can play
some games on your own and some with your friends. A maximum of
10 people can take part.
To play with Swinxs, you and your friends will first have to register
with Swinxs using the XS-wristbands.
Four XS-wristbands are
delivered with Swinxs.
Attention!
To register, you must
hold your XS-wristband
close to the light on
the top of Swinxs.
Follow the instructions
provided by Swinxs.
Tip
If Swinxs is switched on, it will choose the game you are going to play.
If you would prefer to play another game:
1. Press the red button for 1 second. The light on the top of Swinxs
will turn red and the game will stop. Swinxs will ask you if you
want to stop the game.
2. Press the green button to stop the game. (If you do nothing the
game will continue after approximately 5 seconds).
Swinxs will list one by one the games you can play with the
registered number of players.
3. Press the green button when you hear the game you want to play.
