WARNING!
Remove the batteries and the safety key before carrying out maintenance on the machine or when
checking that its parts are in proper working order.
• To avoid unnecessary hassles, consult the following table before contacting a qualified repair person with any
mechanical issues.

Possible Cause
a) The safety key is not inserted.
b) The batteries are flat.
c) The batteries are not inserted
securely.
d) The motor/blade control is
disengaged.
e) The mower deck is clogged with
grass or debris.
f) The grass is too tall.

Remedy
a) Insert the safety key.

c) Attach the battery packs to the mower;
press them until you hear a click.
d) Press safety lock button first, then the
on/off switch button.
e) Clean the mower deck. Make sure the
blade is free to move.
f) Set the mower to a high cutting height.
Lift the front wheels slightly by pressing
down on the handle.
