PANCAKE BATTER RECIPE
INGREDIENTS

625 g self-rising flour
·
5 eggs
·
50 g sugar
·
500 ml milk
·
500 ml lukewarm water
·
5 tsp of vegetable oil
·
A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
1.
Put the self-rising flour in a bowl and make a well in the flour.
2.
Add a pinch of salt and pour the oil into the well. Add the eggs.
3.
Mix half of the sugar with the milk in a measuring jug. Mix the other half of the sugar with the water
in a measuring jug.
4.
Combine the ingredients in the bowl and gradually add the milk and water, until you obtain a
smooth mixture.
