    Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Allgemein Die Pfannenberg Dachaufbau-Kühlgeräte der Serie DTT sind stationäre Kühlgeräte zur Wärmeableitung aus Schaltschränken. Die DTT-Kühlgeräte werden auf dem Schaltschrankdach montiert. Die Kühlgeräte besitzen unterschiedliche Kälteleistungen. Genaue Leistungs-Angabe, siehe Technische Daten . Die Kühlgeräte verfügen über eine Ausschnittskompatibilität zu Luft-/Luft- Wärmetauschern und Luft-/Wasser-Wärmetauschern.

    Gerätebeschreibung Einsatzbeschreibung Die Pfannenberg Dachaufbau-Kühlgeräte der Serie DTT sind für die Wärmeableitung aus Schaltschränken konzipiert. Die innovative Anordnung der Klimakreisläufe verhindert eine Kältebrücke zum Schaltschrank, die Gefahr von Kondensatbildung im Schaltschrank wird vermieden. Die Verdampfereinheit im oberen Teil des Kühlgerätes garantiert eine problemlose Kondenswasserableitung, ohne Schaltschrankkontakt.

    Wechsel der Kühlgeräte angenehm und einfach. Eine Schaltschranköffnung ist nicht nötig.  Schnellwechselrahmen, die mit einem „Performance-Cut“ montiert werden, bieten optimale Kühlgeräteleistung bei minimaler Stromaufnahmen, siehe Performance-Cut.     Verwirbelungen, deshalb ist der Luftstrom(10) in Richtung Schaltschrank kondensatfrei. • DTT-Kühlgeräte besitzen beidseitig angeordnete Luftaustrittsdüsen(11) statt Luftschläuche.      Misst der externe TS2-Temperatursensor(1) eine Überschreitung der Solltemperatur, schaltet sich der Verdampfer-Ventilator (intern) ein.      Für Kühlgeräte, die in ölhaltiger und staubiger Umgebungsluft kühlen, sind kürzere Wartungsintervalle nötig. Es gilt ein verkürzter Richtwert von zwei bis sechs Monaten zwischen den Wartungsintervallen.  Die Funktionen der Pfannenberg-Filter sind optimal auf die Kühlgeräte abgestimmt. Deshalb hat der Einsatz von Pfannenberg-Filter positive Auswirkungen auf den Umfang der Wartungsarbeiten.

     Kältemittel aus dem Kältesystem muss fachgerecht abgesaugt werden.      Es dürfen nur Originalteile der Pfannenberg GmbH eingesetzt werden. Zuwiderhandlungen bedingen den Gewährleistungsverlust. Zur Erhaltung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen und zur Rücksendung des Gerätes folgendes beachten:  Dem Kühlgerät eine genaue Beschreibung des Defektes und die von Pfannenberg vergebene SRO (RMA) Nummer beilegen.  Bezugsnachweis (Lieferschein- oder Rechnungskopie) beilegen.
