Troubleshooting
• Remove the battery and the safety key before carrying out maintenance on the machine or when checking that its parts are
in proper working order.
• To avoid unnecessary hassles, consult the following table before contacting a qualified repair person with any
mechanical issues.

Possible Cause
a) The safety key is not inserted
b) The battery is flat

Remedy
a) Insert the safety key
b) Charge the battery
c) Attach the battery pack to the mower;
press it until you hear a click.
d) Press safety lock button first ,then the
On/Off switch lever
e) Clean the mower deck. Make sure the
blade is free to move
f) Set the mower to a high cutting
height. Lift the front wheels slightly by
pressing down on the handle bar.
