INSTALL THE BATTERY PACK

If the battery pack or charger is damaged, replace the
battery pack or the charger.
Stop the machine and wait until the motor stops before
you install or remove the battery pack.
Read and understand the instructions in the battery and
charger manual.
1. Align the lift ribs on the battery pack (11) with the
grooves in the battery compartment.
2. Push the battery pack into the battery compartment until
the battery pack locks into place.
3. When you hear a click, the battery pack is installed.

REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK
1. Push and hold the battery release button (12).
2. Remove the battery pack (11) from the machine.

OPERATION
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this product.

SPEED ADJUSTMENT DIAL
The speed adjustment dial (7) has 6 levels. Before using the
caulking gun, turn the speed adjustment dial to level 1 and
then set the speed adjustment dial to a best level during the
caulking process.

LED LIGHT

The LED light (5) illuminates when the trigger is depressed
slightly.
It provides extra light for increased visibility.
It turns off after 10 seconds after totally releasing the trigger.

START THE MACHINE

1. Press the lock-out button (4) to the right.
2. Press the trigger (6) while you hold the lock-out button.

STOP THE MACHINE
1. After releasing the trigger (6), the plunger rod (2) will
retreat automatically about 1", then the motor stops.
2. If the trigger is released when the plunger rod was pushed
up to the top, then the motor will stop after the plunger
rod retreats about 3".

MAINTENANCE
Do not let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based materials
touch the plastic parts. Chemicals can cause damage to the
plastic, and make the plastic unserviceable.
Do not use strong solvents or detergents on the plastic
housing or components.
Remove the battery pack from the machine before
maintenance.
