OPERATION - Rice cooker
The rice cooker is only intended for
domestic use, not for professional use.

OPERATION - Before first use
1. Remove the appliance from the
packaging, and remove all packaging materials.
2. Clean the appliance and all the accessories thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residues (see
"Cleaning and maintenance - Rice cooker").
OPERATION - Cooking rice
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable work surface.
2. Measure rice and water and put it in the inner pan (4).
For the preparation of:
1 portion of rice
2 portions of rice
3 portions of rice
4 portions of rice
5 portions of rice
ATTENTION: This rice cooker has a capacity of 1 liters. The maximum capacity is 750 grams of rice = 5 large
portions = 4 to 6 persons
3. Place the inner pan in the housing (2) and place the lid on it.
4. Connect the appliance to the wall socket.
5. Press the ON/OFF switch (7) on the backside to switch on the appliance. Push the cook switch (8) down.
The "COOK" indicator light (10) is now illuminated. When the rice is boiled, after approx 20 minutes
depending on the kind of rice, the appliance automatically switches to "WARM" (9). Now the appliance will
keep the rice warm. Rice can reasonably be kept warm for about 5 hours. However, we recommend to
avoid dehydration and to serve the rice within 1 hour.
