SET THE TOP UP TIME OF THE DETERGENT PUMP
If you choose to control the DET PUMP in TIME MODE, this will be
the next parameter to set.
In this mode, the DETERGENT PUMP will start as soon as a signal
is detected on the S2 input and will run for the programmed time at
the programmed speed.
Press the central button to confirm the shown value.
By using the left or the right button, you can adjust the value from
1sec to 30sec in steps of 1 second.
The default value is 15sec.
Be aware that the pump will continue to dose for the programmed
time even if the signal present on the S2 input disappears.
Once the chosen option is displayed, press the central button to
confirm it.
SET THE ON/OFF TOP UP CYCLE OF THE DETERGENT PUMP
If you choose to control the TOP UP in CYCLIC MODE, this will be
the next parameter to set.
In this mode, the DETERGENT PUMP runs with a defined ON/OFF
cycle, for all the duration of the RINSE signal on the S2 input.
This mode is generally used for Conveyor or Flight type machines.
Press the central button to confirm the shown pair of values.
By using the right/left button, you can first adjust the ON TIME of
the pump, from 1sec to 30sec in steps of 1 second.
The default value is 15sec.
After central button is pressed, by using the right/left button, you
can adjust the second value, setting the OFF TIME of the pump,
from 5sec to 180sec in steps of 5 seconds.
The default value is 120sec.
If the signal on the S2 input disappears while the pump is dosing,
the pump will continue its dosage for all the programmed ON TIME
and then the cycle will be paused. If the signal on the S2 input
disappears while the pump is not dosing, that means during its OFF
TIME, the system will remember the part of the OFF TIME already
elapsed and, when the signal on the S2 input returns, will complete
the remaining time of the OFF period , and then will start the ON
TIME.

SET THE QUANTITY OF DETERGENT TO BE DOSED
If you choose to control the DETERGENT PUMP in QUANTITY
MODE, once the parameter has been confirmed at the point 24 this
will be the next parameter to set.
In this mode, at the detection of the signal on the S2 input, the DET
PUMP will run at the programmed speed for a time calculated to
dose the selected quantity (ml) of chemical.
By using the left and right buttons, you can increase or decrease
the quantity to be dosed by the pump, from 0.0 ml to 500.0 ml in
steps of 0.1 ml. The default value is 20.0 ml
NOTE: If the pump hasn't been calibrated, the dosing time will be
calculated based on the nominal flow rate; if the pump has been
calibrated, the dosing time will be calculated based on the real flow
rate. In this case, of course, the dosage will be more accurate.
