OPERATION
The module is for metering and distribution
of thermal energy for domestic use.
The module distributes heat taken from a
constant temperature flow line to'the inter-
nal central heating system, adjusted by
means of the control valve, controlled by a
command inside the home.
The domestic hot and cold water usage is
also metered by the module.
Using the control valve controlled by an
internal remote control (TA) it is possible to
adjust the heat request inside the apart-

In the module a manual limit valve is
installed as standard, required for the bal-
ancing of each module and each floor.
The limit valve in the TWO way module must
be adjusted in order to achieve the correct
flow rate and adjust the load losses in the
modules coupled with the downstream
systems with minor load losses; in this way,
the column head does not excessively
decrease upon opening of the various two-
way valves.
The limit valve in the THREE way module
must be adjusted so that the load loss with

three-way valve closed is similar to the load
loss with valve open; in this way, the column
head will not suffer significant drops upon
closing of the valves in the circuit. Upon
request, there is the possibility to also
insert a standard limit valve to obtain a full
balancing, by adjusting the flow rate.
Also, inside all equipment, as standard,
there is a bleed valve, an input filter to pro-
tect the heat meter and control valve.
The modules do not incorporate any tem-
perature or pressure safety devices as
these are considered to be part of the sup-
ply requirements.
