• Set the desired foam level by adjusting the knob;
higher = thicker foam.
• When fi nished, close the "hot water/steam" dis-
penser.
For cleaning purposes, insert the suction
tube into a water container and start the
steam ejection. Let the water drain into a container
until only clear water fl ows.
• Press the steam button again.
• If the machine ready led fl ashes quickly, it means
that the temperature is too high.
• Proceed with the circuit priming as described in
paragraph 4.5 to make the machine ready for
use.
Note: the machine is ready when the
machine ready led is permanently on.
Note: if it is not possible to dispense a
cappuccino or to clean the cappuccinatore
as described, prime the circuit as explained in
paragraph 4.5 and then repeat the operations.

HOT WATER DISPENSING
Danger of burns!
Brewing may be preceded by short sprays
of hot water. The brewing spout may reach high
temperatures: do not touch it with bare hands.
• If the machine is off, turn it on by means of the main
switch.
• The machine ready led fl ashes. Wait until it remains
permanently on.
• Remove the cappuccinatore by pulling it out-
wards.
Warning: do not use hot water when the
cappuccinatore or the pannarello have been
removed. Danger of burns!
• Insert the pannarello completely and turn it 90°
counterclockwise.
