In order to increase the resistance, turn the resistance knob clockwise. In order to decrease the resistance, turn
the resistance knob counterclockwise.
Loosen the adjustment knob. Set the saddle at the right height and tighten the knob.
Make sure the saddle is secured.
The right saddle height improves exercise efficiency and reduces the risk of injuries.
Set the pedals vertically (one up and one down). Sit on the bike and put your feet on the pedals. Make sure the foot in
the lower pedal is comfortable. If it is excessively bent, lift the saddle up. If you cannot reach the pedal or experience
hyperextension in your leg, lower the saddle.
Fix the side of the rubber strap with three holes to the internal part of the pedal. Fix the other end to one of
the adjustment opening so that the feet is fixed during training and easy to take out. Repeat for the other pedal.
Level the device by rotating the levelling pads on the rear base. The pads are polygons, and each side has a different
height. Find the right one to stabilise the device.
5. Install the handlebar

handlebar post (4) and pull it from the top of the handlebar post (4).
Fix the handlebar (5) to the handlebar post (4) with the spring washer
(25) and the Allen bolt (19).
6. Install the computer
Connect the heart rate measurement cable (24) and the connecting
cable (18) from the top of the handlebar post to computer cables (8)
and then install the computer (8) on the handlebar post (4) using bolts
(30).
7. Install the water bottle holder
Install the water bottle holder (35) on the handlebar column (4) using
the bolt (36) and the flat washer (37). Make sure the holder is secure
and insert the bottle.
