• The material is dropped into the infeed slot in
the cutting unit by pulling the slide down.
• Specially-hardened solid steel shafts shred the
data carriers.
• The shredding data media is schematically ani-
mated in the information pane. The hand icon in
the information pane disappears and the status
display turns green if the device is ready for
operation. Put in material.
Ending material shredding

the material shredding.
Switching the device off
• Move the main switch into the "O" position.
NOTE
Safeguard the device from unauthorised use
after switching off .
Main switch is in position "O" and is secured
with a padlock.
