• Sewage connections should be made below their level in the
water treatment system. Particular attention should be paid
to the emergency overflow of the softener housing - any ex-
cess water will be drained by gravity.
• After all connections have been made, pour 4 kg of tableted
salt into the salt container. Salt should be refilled as it is used
up so that the salt level is always above the water level. Only
use tableted salt intended for water softeners.
First startup
ATTENTION: It is recommended to vent the water system and
the appliance itself before first use.
• To vent water system: close the water supply to the softener.
Then open the sampling valve downstream of the water sof-
tener and gently gradually open the main water valve. Flow-
ing water will force air through the open test valve. During
this time, gurgling will be heard and water may spray from
the test valve. Wait for the water flow to stabilize and close
the test valve. The installation will be vented.
• To vent appliance: open the sampling valve downstream of
the water softener and gently gradually open the water sup-
ply valve to the softener. Then proceed in the same way as
above. It is recommended to fill the device with water grad-
ually, taking breaks, so as not to increase the air pressure
inside the device too much.
• ATTENTION! Before first use, pour salt into the salt tank and
fill it with water. Wait about 30 minutes until enough salt has
dissolved in the water. Then start first regeneration.
• Use the button
to start the regeneration. The regenera-
tion will run automatically, and after it is finished, the appli-
ance will be ready for operation.
Operating of 230442
Every single regeneration is start by user by pushing button

Operating of 230459 - programming
NOTE: The time of work cycles 2-5 is always pre-programmed
according to the type and amount of bed in the cylinder and
the size of the brine tank. The volume of treated water was
determined based on average values.
• To start the programming mode, press the button
keyboard is locked and the key symbol is displayed, you must
first unlock the keys by pressing the
multaneously for 5 seconds. Active programming mode is
indicated by a lit symbol
• Press button
to activate and confirm the changed value after
setting. After activation, the active value (i.e. currently set value)
flashes together with the flashing symbol
then be changed using buttons
• After confirming the set value with the button
bol
will stop flashing and the controller will confirm the
change with a short beep. To change the next parameter or
the previous one, press button
• Parameters and their range to be programmed, in the order
of their display is shown in table II, on page 5:

ing the entire regeneration (from the moment of leaving the "In
serv" position until returning to the "In serv" position; b-02 -
signal only when the head changes position (motor is running
head)
ATTENTION: Too long time of filling the brine tank may cause
water to overflow into the sewage system or out of the device.
The supplier of the device is not responsible for damages re-
sulting from incorrect setting of this parameter.
• To exit the programming mode, press button
will also be automatically closed and the keyboard locked af-
ter 1 minute of inactivity.
NOTE: In the event of a power failure, the controller has the
function of maintaining all programmed parameters for 7 days,
including the current time.
Cleaning & maintenance
• ATTENTION! Always disconnect the appliance from the pow-
er supply and cool down before storage, cleaning & main-
tenance.
• If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this
can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a
dangerous situation.
Cleaning
• Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge
slightly dampened with a mild soap solution.
• If impurities such as sand, small pebbles or other deposits
get into the device, they can block the injector (the softener
element responsible for brine suction). If the softener is pro-
tected by a pre-sediment filter and the tableted salt is of good
quality, the injector should not become clogged.
• If the injector is clogged, clean it. Fig. 2 shows a diagram of
the construction of the injector. The elements marked with
numbers 4 and 5 are the most susceptible to clogging. In or-
der to clean the injector, the water supply to the device must
be closed. Then turn on the cold water tap to relieve system
pressure. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the screws securing
the cover 7 and gently disconnect the injector from the con-
trol head, paying attention to the seals. Items 4 and 5 can
be gently unscrewed with a screwdriver. All parts should be
washed with water and blown out. After cleaning, reassemble
and tighten the injector by following the same procedure in
reverse order.
Maintenance
• Check the operation of the appliance regularly to prevent se-
rious accidents.
• Regularly (recommended once a week) check the amount
of salt in the salt reservoir so that it does not run out. Salt
should be refilled as needed so that the salt level is always
above the water level (water should not be visible).
• Preventing salt caking. If you suspect a salt build-up, you can
gently tap the sides of the salt tank and pour warm water
over the salt to break up the build-up. The deposit can also
be broken from above using a long object (e.g. a tube). If the
