The pressure switch is set at the factory.

After use
Switch off the compressor and disconnect it
from the power supply.
Discharge the pressure from the vessel by
using, for example, the STIER compressed-air
gun, thus depressurising the compressor.

Cleaning and maintenance
6.1
General
Always disconnect the device from the power
supply when performing maintenance and
care tasks.
Cleaning with solvents or acids, acetone
(ketone),
chlorinated
nitrocarbonate oils is not recommended.
Always use suitable petroleum ether for this.
DANGER
Pull out the mains plug before all cleaning and
maintenance work.
CAUTION
Wait until the compressor has completely cooled
down: there is a risk of burns!
6.2
Cleaning
Keep the device free of dust and dirt as far as
possible. Wipe the device with a clean cloth or
blow it out with low-pressure compressed air.
We recommend that you clean the device
immediately after each use.
Clean the device regularly with a damp cloth
and a little soft soap. Do not use any cleaning
agents or solvents; these could attack the
plastic parts of the device.
6.3
Maintenance work on the pressure vessel/condensation water
NOTICE
To ensure the pressure vessel has a long service
life, the condensation water must be drained off
after each use by opening the condensate drain
plug.
Release the tank pressure first. Open the
condensate drain plug by turning it anti-
clockwise so that the condensation water can
drain completely from the pressure vessel.

compressors, only drain the oil when the
compressor has cooled down sufficiently.
When disposing of individual parts, lubricants
and
cleaning
agents,
environmental protection guidelines must be
observed.
It is essential to observe the safety information
and instructions for the compressor.
CAUTION
DANGER
Make sure that no water can get inside the
device.
If
water
enters
equipment, it increases the risk of electric
shock.
Disconnect the hose/spraying tools from the
compressor before cleaning.
Do not clean the compressor with water,
solvents or the like.
Then close the condensate drain plug (turn it
clockwise).
Check the pressure vessel for rust and damage
each time before using it. The compressor
must not be used with a damaged or rusty
pressure vessel. If you find any damage, please
contact the customer service workshop.
