21) Attach Drawer Sides (Q) to Drawer Front (P) with four #8 x 1
holes. Be sure that the grooves for the drawer bottom face each other. Slide the Drawer Bottom (S) into
the grooves in the drawer sides and drawer front. Place groove in Drawer End (RB) over protruding
drawer bottom and attach drawer end to drawer sides with four #8 x 1
the pre-drilled holes. See FIGURE 21.
Hang File Rail (T) on drawer sides with notch toward front and fasten to the drawer front with three
#8 x 1¼" Black Screws (CY) through the pre-drilled holes.
Attach Wooden Knob (GZ) to drawer front with #12 x 1¼" Pan Head Screw (HZ).

22) Attach Drawer Slides (Drawer Side Left – NZ4 and Drawer Side Right – NZ3) to the drawer sides. The
wheels should be to the rear and the front edge should be flush against the drawer front. Attach slides
with two #6 x 1/2" Undercut Screws (AX) through the side of the slides. See FIGURE 22.
Spread a thin layer of glue in the four screw holes in the drawer fronts and tap Wood Buttons (GX) in
place.
Attach Drawer Slides (Drawer Side Left – NZ4 and Drawer Side Right – NZ3) to the Keyboard Tray
(N) and the Printer Tray (OB) with two #6 x 1/2" Undercut Screws (AX). Note the keyboard tray has a
groove on the top near the back for leaning books. Drawer slides should have wheels to the rear and
be flush with front edge. See FIGURE 22A.
