The outlet pressure in the outlet valves with quick-release
coupling can be adjusted in the outlet pressure regulator.
1. Pull the pressure regulator (4) upwards and turn
clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease
the outlet pressure.
After each use, open the tank drain valve to drain the
pressure regulator.
Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning work,
unplug the power cord from the socket, empty air receiver
tank and allow the compressor to cool down, in order to
avoid any accidental starts and burns.
To ensure a long service life of the air receiver tank, it is
advisable to drain the condensed water after each use of
the compressor, especially when it is used in moist
climates.
1. Open the tank drain valve (21);
2. Wait until all the accumulated condensed water has
flowed out;
3. Tighten the tank drain valve.
The condensed liquid inside the compressed air tank
contains oil waste. Dispose of condensed liquid in an
environmentally friendly way at a proper collection point.
The oil function is intended to lubricate the parts in
constant friction, thus avoiding parts overheating and wear.
To check the oil level, place the compressor on a flat,
horizontal surface. The oil level must be above the red
mark, which represents the maximum level on the oil level
sight glass (19).
If it is necessary to top up oil level:
1. Switch off the compressor and unplug the power cord;
2. Open the oil drain valve (21) to remove the air pressure;
3. Unscrew and remove the oil filler/breather cap (11) on
the compression pump;
4. Add oil (15W40) to the appropriate level;
To change the oil:
5. Place a suitable drain pan under the oil drain plug (18);
6. Remove the oil drain plug and empty all the oil;
7. Once all the oil has been drained, place and tighten the
oil drain screw;
8. Use a funnel and fill with new oil;
9. Check the oil level and adjust it until the proper level is
reached;
10. Fit and tighten the oil filler/breather cap.
1. Switch off the compressor and unplug the power cord;
2. Dismantle the belt guard (6):
- Loosen the guard's bolt on the compression pump
head (10);
- Loosen the 3 guard's bolts on the motor and
compression pump base;
- Remove the grid;
3. Loosen the motor fixing bolts;
4. Move the motor to ensure proper tension on belt;
The belt must not be too tight or too loose. It needs proper
adjustment to prevent premature wear or slippage.
5. Hold the motor in the proper position and tighten the
fixing bolts;
The belt must be aligned. For this it is necessary that the
motor pulley and the pump flywheel are also aligned.
6. Assemble the guard in the reverse order of disassembly.
