Installing the protective shield
Install the protective shield with the opening facing
downwards towards the gearbox housing. Tighten
the holder of the guard so that the blade guard does
not move or slide down during operation.
Mounting the metal blade
Steps:
1. place the spanner in the hole from the gear head.
2.Remove the nut, the cover and the upper spacer from the
from the gearbox shaft so that you have all the components in front
of you (see picture on the right).
3. first place the lower spacer washer on the thread and then
place the metal blade exactly over it!
4. slide the upper spacer over the gear shaft on the unmarked side
of the metal plate.
5. Put on the silver ring = cover and screw on the union nut.
screw the union nut tight with the gear head locked.
ATTENTION: LEFT-HAND THREAD!!!!
