Possible Cause
• The power source has been
incorrectly connected.
• The fuse has blown.
• There is too much water in
the unit and it has switched
off.
• The ambient temperature is
outside the operating range.
• The air inlet filter/cover is
dirty.
• The drain hose is clogged.
• Doors and windows have
been left open.
• The incorrect mode is being
used.
• T h e d r a i n h o s e h a s
detached.
• Water has spilled out of the
unit.
• The unit has been placed
on an uneven surface.
• Some parts are loose and
vibrating.
• Gurgling noises can be
heard.
• Ambient temperature
sensor fault.
• Evaporator oil sensor fault.
• The unit's water tank is full.
• Condenser coil sensor fault.

Solution
• Firmly insert the power cable
plug into the mains socket.
• Replace the 3.15 A/250 V AC
fuse (qualified technician only).
• Drain the unit by removing the
drain plug.
• The operating temperature
should be between 5 and 35°C.
• Clean the air inlet filter/cover
if necessary.
• Remove any blockages.
• Keep the doors and windows
closed.
• Set the mode and, if the air
conditioning mode is being
used, set the temperature
below the current ambient
temperature.
• Make sure the drain hose has
been securely attached.
• Drain the unit by removing the
drain plug.
• Place the unit on a horizontal,
stable floor.
• Secure and tighten the parts.
• This is normal. The noise is
coming from the refrigerant.
• Check the connection or
replace the sensor. Clean
and reinsert the temperature
sensor.
