3) Applying a thin layer of grease to the surfaces of the splitting wedge actuator before starting work will
extend its life.
4) Routing the power cord: route the power cord from the power source to the manifold in a way so as not
to trip over it or damage it during operation. Protect the power cord from impact, dragging, or corrosive
materials.
Make sure that the direction of rotation of the engine is correct. Start the engine, the wedge cylinder
should automatically be raised to the highest position. If the wedge actuator is already in the highest
position when the engine is started, take hold of both control levers and lower them, so the wedge
actuator should begin to move downwards.
If no actuator movement is detected after starting the engine, immediately switch off the engine and
reverse the polarity of the engine by switching the poles inside the plug. This operation should be
performed by a qualified electrician.
Never run the engine in the opposite direction. This will damage the pump and void the warranty.
5) Open the air vent. Loosen the oil tank cover a few turns while the machine is in use. After completing the
work, tighten the cover.
6) When operating in extremely cold weather, keep the machine running without load for 15 minutes to
preheat the hydraulic oil.
7) Before first use, check that the two-handed operation is working properly by following these steps:
1 - Grease
