Operating pressure: 3 bar / 40 Psi.
Temperature: min. -5°C / max. +40°C.

Self-priming up to 4 mtr. vertically.

1. Ensure the machine has not been damaged
during transportation or storage.
2. Clean the inlet and outlet openings and remove
any dust or packaging residues.
3. Check that the electrical specifications correspond
to the values on the rating plate.
1. Use only inlet and outlet hoses or tubes that are
compatible with AdBlue® / AUS32. Tighten the
fittings (inlet/outlet at the pump, 1" (F)).
2. Use a nozzle or a valve at the end of the hose that
can be closed, in order to prevent liquid leaking
out when the pump is not in use.
3. We recommend you to use KABI's accessories.
1. Turn on the pump.
2. Pull the nozzle lever to drain the liquid.
3. When the desired amount of fluid has been
dispensed, release the nozzle lever, remove the
nozzle and switch off the pump.
4. The nozzle should be kept clean and dry, and
securely fastened when not in use.
1. Make sure the hose connections are tight, to
avoid wastage.
2. Keep the pump unit free of impurities.
3. Do not connect the power cables, if they are in
poor condition.
