1.1 Determining the mounting height
1. Mounting instructions KRAZZMAXX IV
WARNING:
Do NOT reach in behind the protective cover
plate - there is a risk of serious injury!
Procedure:
1. Determine the mounting height for the cow brush: see Chapter 1.1,
Page 1.
2. The mounting surface must be planar. The wall must be adequate to
support the weight of the cow brush (129 kg).
3. Using a harness, suspend the cow brush from a front-end loader or the
like: see Chapter 1.2, Page 2.
4. Mount the cow brush: see Chapter 1.3, Page 2.
5. Remove the transport protection: see Chapter 1.5, Page 2.
6. If mounting on masonry, through bolts with large washers should be
used. For concrete walls, heavy-duty anchor bolts will normally be
adequate.

Height of first hole (Pos. 1, see Figure 1) = shoulder height of the animal +
3
25 cm. For example, with a shoulder height of approx. 140cm (see Figure
4
2), the height of the first hole would be approx. 165cm.
Note: Determine the average shoulder height of the animals and, if in
4
doubt, mount the device 2cm higher.
