6. The guarantee is good only in countries where this product is officially commercialized by the
manufacturer or the local distributor and authorized by the manufacturer, always with the
presentation of the receipt of the purchase.
7. This is a non-transferable guarantee; it means it its good for the first consumer only.
8. During the period of this warranty the producer is obligatory to repair the product 30 days from
the date of receiving the device for repair.
9. The manufacturer reserves the right to replace the defective product by a new one in case of
need and decision of the manufacturer.
10. All repairs executed during the period of warranty do not extend the deadline of the guarantee.
11. After the guarantee is expired, the manufacturer has to manage to reserve components and to
supply technical assistance during 5 years in order to offer paid-services to users.
12. During the warranty period all services of maintenance and of consumed components under
bad manipulation are not acceptable.
13. The periodical revision/calibration of the product is not covered by the guarantee.
14. The technical assistance and warranty are restricted to the Brazilian territory only.
15. This guarantee does not cover damages by misuse or improper handling, even if not
intentional, dropping down the device, direct exposure to high humidity, water, and sunshine.
