b)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device, who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
c)
Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of the
device. If damage is discovered, hand over the device
for repair before use.
d)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by
qualified persons, only using original spare parts. This
will ensure safe use.
f)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, take into account
the occupational health and safety principles for
manual transport operations which apply in the
country where the device will be used.
h)
It is forbidden to move, adjusting and rotating the
device in the course of work
i)
Clean the device regularly to avoid a durable
encrustation of dirt
j)
Do not use the device in the area exposed to strong
magnetic field and adverse weather conditions (sub-
zero temperatures, atmospheric discharges).
k)
Do not use the device to lift people.
l)
It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
m)
Lift / lower the elements with parameters consistent
with the data given in the technical data table. Do not
exceed the permissible operating parameters.
n)
Make sure that the device is placed on a flat and
stable surface.
o)
Make sure that the device does not slip under
influence of weight.
p)
Make sure that the jack ramp is as a whole placed
under the vehicle being lifted.
q)
Make sure that the lifting element is stably set so that
it will not slip in the course of lifting / lowering.
r)
The device is used for lifting, it is not intended to
support the load in the course of works on the vehicle.
s)
In the course of using the jack it is necessary to secure
the lifted vehicle against fall by means of supports.
t)
Secure the load with supports immediately after the
end of lifting,
u)
Lowering / lifting operations must be performed
in a slow, uniform motion. It is forbidden to make
sudden movements.
v)
While using the jack, observe the load lifting/ lowering
process carefully.
w)
Inclination preventing arm provides additional safety
but it does not eliminate necessity to use lifting
stands.
x)
Check if the load is stable. Make sure there is no risk of
load inclination or slip from the jack.
y)
Do not move the load when it rests on the jack.
z)
Driving the vehicle onto the jack is forbidden.
aa)
Keep away from the vehicle during its lifting or
lowering; only the device operator should be present
at the workplace.
8
bb)
Use of impact wrenches, pneumatic tools or
percussion bits is strictly forbidden in view of damages
that can be caused by drives.
cc)
Before the load lifting or lowering, make sure that any
obstacles (eg. supports) have been removed.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The unit is designed for lifting vehicles. Keeping the vehicle
lifted for a long time is prohibited - in such case the use of
additional jacks (not included in the unit) is required.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
POSITIONING OF THE UNIT
The ambient temperature should not exceed -10 - + 50°C
and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always use the
unit on a level, stable, clean, fireproof, smooth, dry surface
and out of reach of children and persons with limited
mental, sensory and intellectual functions.
ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
The unit is delivered assembled and ready to use, however
it may be necessary to fit additional bars to widen the unit
- depending on the vehicle under which it is to be used,
bearing in mind that the bars also have a certain range of
adjustment.
Rev. 18.03.2021
If, however, it should be necessary to widen the rods,
loosen the screws at the width adjustment joints (4) and
select the appropriate length of rod, making sure that the
ends of each rod match the ends of the rods.
Securely screw them together using the screws provided.
3.3. WORKING WITH THE UNIT
Use the supplied crank to operate the unit, but it can also
be operated with a drill with a minimum torque of 90 Nm.
IMPORTANT: Do not use the percussion function or typical
impact or pneumatic tools for operation.
LIFTING
With the engine off, the vehicle should be idling (automatic
transmission "N" position) and the parking/auxiliary brake
released. Drive the flatbed under the vehicle, taking care
not to damage any of its structural components. The jacks
should be placed between the axles of the vehicle, parallel
to the sills, just under the (reinforced) chassis parts intended
for lifting, e.g. sills, frame, etc. (see vehicle handbook or
contact the manufacturer or their official representative).
Depending on the type of work you want to perform on the
car, you should position the unit appropriately closer to the
front or rear, however, bearing in mind that most vehicles
are heavier near the engine and this side will usually prevail.
Make sure that the jack leg is not locked by the pin and
3
is free to move. Adjust the support spacing. If using a
drill, attach the drill directly to the pin coming out of the
gearbox. Turn the lifting/lowering mechanism with the
supplied crank handle or an external unit in a clockwise
direction and carefully watch the vehicle's movement.
If the vehicle is not balanced correctly, it will tip to the
heavier side during lifting and only part of it will be lifted
- this is normal. When the vehicle is lifted to the correct
height and the center of gravity is properly positioned on
the unit, it will be possible to tilt it to the other side, as the
unit works on the principle of a cradle.
DO NOT go underneath a lifted vehicle without securing it.
Use appropriate jacks under the car (not included). The
leveled car (2. and 3. Drawing below) block with the pin on
the stabilizing bar in the desired position of the car and for
safety reasons also use jacks e.g. under the axles.
Then you will gain access to almost the entire chassis.

EN
CAUTION: do not lift the vehicle higher than the limit of
the unit - see "limited line" stickers on the feed rods. The
ball wire connecting the lift/lower mechanism to the crank
or other tool is designed to break in extreme situations
(overloading or further lifting/lowering beyond factory
limits) as a safety precaution against damage to the unit.
If it breaks, replace it with a new one and you can continue
operating the unit.
LOWERING
To lower the vehicle, first remove the jacks from under the
vehicle (if used), then release the jack locking pin - it will
be damaged if it is not released! Turn the crank handle
or other suitable unit counterclockwise. Do not rush the
lowering of the vehicle, lower it slowly while observing its
movement carefully. Release the revolutions at the final
position as the vehicle begins to settle on the wheels.
Lower the unit completely so that the vehicle can stand
securely on its own wheels and the unit can be easily
removed from underneath it.
TRANSPORT/STORAGE
The unit must be transported in an almost vertical position
with the wheels facing downwards (see following figure)
and held by the connection on the gearbox side.
The unit may be stored either horizontally or vertically, e.g.
hung on a wall.
CAUTION: Do not leave the unit leaning against a wall
unattended!
