not jam, that there are broken or damaged parts that disrupt or alter the functions of the
machine. Before using the machine, make sure that the damaged parts are repaired. Many
accidents at work are due to poorly maintained machinery and equipment.
1.4.6. Always keep cutting tools well sharpened and clean. Well-maintained sharp-edged
cutting tools have less resistance and are easier to work with.
1.4.7. Use machines, accessories, work tools, etc. according to the manufacturer's
instructions. At the same time, take into account the specific working conditions and
operations that you must perform. The use of machines for applications other than those
specified by the manufacturer increases the risk of accidents at work.
Specific requirements for the polishing machine.
Kickback and associated safety instructions.
Rollback is a sudden reaction due to jamming or blocking of the polishing disc. A jamming
or blocking causes the disc to stop rotating abruptly, which in turn pushes the uncontrolled
power tool in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the work tool.
Failure is the result of improper use and / or improper operation or operating conditions of
the power tool and can be prevented by the appropriate precautions described below.
a) Hold the power tool firmly, take a suitable stand and place your hands so that you can
control the force of the recoil. Always use the extra handle to have the greatest possible
control over the recoil force. With appropriate precautions, the operator can control the
reactive torque and rebound.
b) Never place your hands near rotating elements.
c) Do not stand in the area where the power tool would move when bouncing. The rebound
moves the power tool in the opposite direction to the movement of the disc.
d) When working on corners, sharp edges, etc., work with care to reduce the risk of kickback.
2. INSTALLATION
• Before use, make sure that the accessories are correctly fitted and tightened.
• Pre-test the machine by turning it on for at least 30 seconds at maximum speed.
• In the event of strong vibrations or other faults, stop the fault finding machine immediately.
• For your safety, insert the optional handle from the kit.
• When mounting or removing the polishing head, hold down the button (located on the
machine body) locking the spindle. This will lock the rotating movement of the spindle,
which will make it easier to insert or remove the polishing head.
3. USE
The machine is designed for polishing lacquer surfaces, wood, metal, plastic and similar
materials using appropriate consumables and accessories. The machine must only be used
for its intended purpose. Any other use is considered incorrect. The user / operator and not
the manufacturer is liable for any damage or injury caused as a result.
• The speed can be changed from 900 min-1 to 2400 min -1, using the six-speed regulator, for
this purpose it is necessary to move to a certain extent from 1 to 6
• The best working angle with the polishing machine is 15 ° between the work surface and
the polishing head
• Always wear safety goggles.
IMPORTANT!
To prevent damage to surfaces from working parts, be sure to follow these instructions:
• Make sure that the polishing accessory is mounted exactly in the center of the sanding
disc.
• Before starting the machine, make sure that the polishing accessory is firmly attached.
• Never touch the area you want to polish with the edge of the polishing / grinding wheel.
• Use the speed control to select polishing speeds:
The speed depends on the type of consumable used and the polished material.
