Au gratin potatoes
Add a little oil to fresh potatoes, they will be crispier and not
sticky. Add the oil after you have cut the potatoes and before
you put the potatoes in the slide-in unit. Subsequent stirring
distributes the oil over the potatoes. Allow excess oil to drain off
before placing the potatoes in the slide-in unit.
