1. Remove the driving pinion (as per steps 1 to 6
in Substitution of the Driving Pinion).
2. Remove the snap ring (21).
3. Remove the load (20).
4. Introduce the new load gear (20).
5. Repeat the process described in step 1 in the
inverse orden.
5.9. Subtitution of the planet gear
1. Loosen the screws for gear case (26) and re-
move the gear case (25).
2. Remove the planet gear (24).
3. Introduce the new planet gear (24) observing
their reference points.
4. Repeat step 1 in the inverse order.
5.10. Subtitution of the load sheave
1. Remove the load chain (as per instruction of
the load chain).
2. Remove the driving pinion (as per instructions
1 to 5 of Substitution of the Driving Pinion).
3. Remove the snap ring (21) and the load gear
(20)
4. Loosen the body screw (13) and separate the
main bodies (12 and 19).
5. Remove the load sheave (15).
6. Introduce the new load sheave (15).
7. Repeat process from steps 4 to 1 in the inverse
order..
