Changing the auto power off (APO), backlight, and flashlight timeouts

The multimeter's automatic power off (see page 26), backlight (see page 27), and
flashlight features use timers to determine when to turn off the backlight and
flashlight, and when to automatically turn the multimeter off. You can enable or
disable these features from the Setup menu.
