Oil Change
• After the 50 hours operation change oil. Remove the drain
cap (A). Set back the cap and fill up the tank as indicated in
page 7. The subsequent oil change shall be carried out each
150 hours' work.
Cleansing and Care
• To ensure the adequate cooling of the motor always
keep the air vents clean and free of obstructions.
• Regularly inspect all the mounting screws and make sure
are correctly tight. If any of the screws is loose, tighten
immediately.
• Once a week open and clean the inside of the air filter (b)
using compressed air. After 50 hours functioning replace
the air filter (B).
• After operating the compressor for 16 hours, open the
drain valve (C) to eliminate the water stored in the tank due
to condensation.
• After each use disconnect the compressor and release the
air pressure in the tank pulling the pressure release valve
ring (E).
Service
• Any other service or repair in the compressor shall only
be carried out in a
Service Center. Service and maintenance carried out by
unqualified people may be dangerous and can cause
personal injuries and makes the Warranty void.
