Assembling the machine
The MB Bucker 500 is delivered completely protected and packed on a pallet. First of all, it is necessary to open it and check
that all the material received is in perfect condition and that the quantities are as detailed in this manual. If this is not the
case, please contact the technical service of Master Products or your distributor.
The MB Bucker 500 is delivered fully assembled. Small adjustments are necessary before use. See the next section.
Checks to be carried out before connecting
Hibernation mode
In order to keep the MB Bucker 500 in optimum condition for its first use, it is supplied in hibernation mode. This means that
the rollers are separated to maintain their correct shape and so that they are not deformed due to contact between them.
It will be necessary to adjust the rollers before the first use, keeping the MB Bucker 500 unplugged from the mains at all
times.
Initial setting of rollers
To perform the initial roller setting, go to the "ROLLER
ADJUSTMENT" section below and perform all steps. This
initial setting takes the machine out of the hibernation mode
in which the machine is delivered. You only need a Nº 24
fixed spanner and the tubular socket wrench supplied.
