1. The end of the flexible hose (9) with a hole is fitted to the
clutch cone (6). To do this, pull up the latch while
attaching the flexible hose shaft. Turn the shaft until it
locks in place;
2. The other end of the flexible hose (9) is mounted on the
shaft tube (12). To do this, insert the hose shaft into the
shaft tube and tighten the bolt.
The throttle cable and electrical cables are coupled to the
control handle. To connect the throttle cable and engine,
use the following procedure:
1. Loosen the retaining bolt and remove the air filter cover;
2. Insert the end of the throttle cable into the hole in the
retaining bolt. The end must be fully inserted into the
bolt groove;
3. Connect the electric cables of the control handle (10) to
the electric cables of the engine;
4. Fit and tighten the air filter cover.
Fit the auxiliary handle to the rotation shaft tube and
tighten the bolt.
The guard (3) avoids the projection of loose objects and
accidental contact of the blade or nylon line with the user.
1. Align the clamping plate holes (13) with guard holes (3).
Tighten with two bolts;
2. Fit the flap to the guard's base and fix it to the slots.
The guard does not protect the user against all objects
(stones, glass, wire, etc) that fly off from the cutting
attachment. These objects can bounce off and hit the user.
Check the blade condition before installing it to the
appliance. If it is damaged (cracked, bent or broken),
replace it.
1. Place the thrust plate over the rotation bolt;
2. Insert a hexagonal key or screwdriver into the hole in the
thrust plate and the hole in the cutting attachment
holder to lock the bolt;
3. Place the blade over the thrust plate. Check that the
blade is placed with the cutting edge in the direction of
rotation;
4. Place the support cup and the blade's fixing nut on the
bolt. Tighten the nut counter-clockwise with the key
provided;
5. Remove the key.
1. Place the thrust plate on the rotation bolt;
2. Insert a hexagonal key or screwdriver into the hole in the
thrust plate and the hole in the cutting attachment
holder to lock the bolt;
3. Tighten the mowing head with nylon line into the thread
of the rotation bolt counter-clockwise;
4. Remove the key.
1. Press the locking tabs and remove the support cup;
2. Remove the reel from the cover and remove the existing
line;
3. Prepare about 5m of nylon line and fold it in half;
4. Insert the line into the holes of the reel so that the
distance is the same on both sides;
5. Wind the two ends in parallel, one on each side of the
central spacer, clockwise (arrow shown on the reel);
6. Insert the reel into the mowing head and fix the ends of
the line in the fixing slots;
7. Proceed in reverse order to point 1. Ensure that the
support cup is properly fixed.
