Possible cause
The display has been reset
to zero for a container or to
weigh additional ingredients,
and the object not included in
the weight has been taken off
the scales.

expected unit of measurement.

container in the weight on the

additional weight, not the total
weight.
The load on the scales is too
heavy.
The battery is empty.

Malfunctions
Remedy
Tap on the control panel to
reset the display to zero again.
Switch the display to the re-
quired unit of measurement.
Before weighing, place the
container on the scales and
tap on the control panel to
reset the display to zero.
The total weight is only shown
once it exceeds 400 g (tare
display) and you tap on the
control panel after adding an
additional weight.
Do not place more than a total
of 10 kg on the scales.
Charge the battery using the
USB connection on the scales.
Wait until charging is complete
or disconnect the USB charger
cable to abort the charging
procedure.
