4.1.- ASI - COFDM

A TS-ASI signal is received in the input of
the transmodulator ASI to COFDM (accor-
ding to Standard EN 50083-9) which is
modulated in COFDM format and is subse-
quently converted to the selected output
channel (UHF or VHF and maximum band-
width of 8 MHz) using an agile up-converter.

Product reference
The programming of the operating parame-
ters of the transmodulator (outlet channel
and modulation format, mainly) is executed
by means of the universal programmer (ref.
7234).

The equipment ASI to COFDM has an ASI
input in the superior "F" connector. It also
has RF input and output "F"connectors to
mix the output COFDM channels for further
amplification.
