NOTE: When t he machine is powered on for t he first t ime, t he
buzzer will play power- on music and t hen t he machine will go
into st andby st at us.
1. Power Button
Turns ON/ OFF power to t he air condit ioner.
NOTE: Turning off power by pressing t he Power but ton
does NOT disconnect t he appliance from
power supply.
Press t he Power but ton. The power indicator and
temperat ure display will illuminate, select desired set t ings.
After one minute, t he display light s will t urn off. Press
any but ton on t he unit or t he remote. The display will
illuminate. Then press corresponding but tons to change
unit funct ion.
Note: If changes funct ions from t he remote, it may
required mult iple but ton pushes to synchronize remote to
t he unit .
2. Mode Button
Press t he Mode but ton to toggle among t he operat ing
opt ions. The corresponding indicator will illuminate:
Cool – Cools t he room to t he set temperat ure
DRY – Reduces t he humidit y in t he room
Fan – Circulates t he air in t he room wit hout cooling
3. + and – Buttons
Set s t he Temperat ure when in Cooling Mode or set s t he
Time when Timer is selected.
To Set t he Temperature:
Press t he + or – but ton to select t he required temperat ure.
NOTE : The temperat ure cannot be set when t he air
condit ioner is in eit her Fan or DRY mode.
To Set t he Time:
Press t he + or – but ton to select t he required t ime.

4. Fan Speed Button
The fan speed can be adjusted from Low to High speed when
t he air condit ioner is in operat ion.
NOTE : The fan speed cannot be adjusted when t he unit is in
DRY mode.
5. Timer Button
Program a t ime from (1 hour to 24 hours) for t he air
condit ioner to t urn Off or On.
6. Sleep Mode
Press t he Sleep but t on t o t urn on Sleep Mode.
NOTE: You cannot t urn on t he Sleep mode in t he Dry or Fan
Mode.
NOTE: When t he inner unit chassis is full of wat er, t he Wat er
Full light will t urn on. A buzzer will sound for several seconds
and t he compressor will st op.
Refer t o t he inst ruct ions on page 6 for draining t he wat er from
t he unit .
