It's your first time using this oven?
1. Read all of the instruction included in this manual.
2. Wash all accessories in hot soapy water.
3. The oven cabinet is coated with a layer of shipment protective oil. Please clean the
cabinet with wet cloth. Then plug the oven and run it at 80ºC for at least 1 hour. You
don't need to put anything inside the oven during this process. Some smell or even
smoke will come out at the first run of the oven. It's not harmful and normal situation.
4. After all above process, the food dehydrator is ready to be used!
