Before performing cleaning, adjusting, repairing and
maintenance work, switch the appliance off and
unplug the power cord. Wait for the blade to stop
completely.
The circular saw does not require any additional lubrication
or maintenance.
However, you must perform regular
cleaning for a continuous and trouble-free operation.
Always keep the blade clean and sharp. Properly cared
blades jam less frequently, are more easily controlled, and
allow greater efficiency during operation of the appliance.
The motor will not start if the carbon brushes are worn out.
The brushes must be replaced in time, otherwise there will
be poor contact between the brushes and the rotor, which
may lead to sparks and damage to the power tool. Both
carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time by two
brushes with equal characteristics.
1. Unscrew the carbon brush cap;
2. Remove the worn-out carbon brushes and insert the new
ones;
3. Place the carbon brush cap and tighten.
The moving parts of the power tool must be kept constantly
greased to ensure the best performance and the expected
service life.
Lubrication should be frequent, but not excessive. Apply
only a few drops of grease, after each use, to ensure power
tool's good performance.
Cleaning
After each use, remove all debris and clean all appliance's
parts. Wipe the power tool with a clean, damp cloth or blow
it with low pressure compressed air.
Careful handling protects the power tool and extends its
service life.
Storage
When not in use, store the circular saw in a dry, clean place,
free of corrosive smoke and out of children's reach.
The packaging is made up of recyclable materials,
which you can dispose on local recycling points.
Never dispose of power tools with your household
waste!
According to the European Directive 2012/19 /EC on
electrical and electronic equipment waste and its
transposition into national law, power tools must be
collected separately and delivered to the collection sites
provided for this purpose.
You can get information regarding the disposal of the power
tool through the person in charge for recycling in your city.
